Mr. Quis led marketing, audit and M&A assignments for PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP., Mattel Inc., BASF-Inmont Corporation and American Airlines.
A Certified Public Accountant (Inactive), author with articles in the Chicago Tribune, BAJA Times and a frequent speaker to professional trade organizations on effective merger and acquisition strategies, before and after the deal. Produced the TV special “Making Dollars & Sense in China” and the audio infomerical “E-Commerce Risks”. Member of the Association for Corporate Growth, Forum for Corporate Directors, the American Marketing Association, and the International Marine Transit Association.
